Keysight Launches N99xxD FieldFox Handheld Analyzer with 120 MHz Gap-Free IQ Streaming and 10 GbE Transfer for 5G, 6G and Satellite Signal Analysis

Keysight Technologies  has introduced the N99xxD-Series FieldFox Handheld Analyzer, the latest generation of its FieldFox family of portable RF instruments.

The D-Series supports 120 MHz gap-free IQ streaming through built-in SFP+ ports with 10 GbE high-speed data transfer. The platform enables continuous wideband signal capture, storage, and playback, allowing engineers to record and replay transient events and interference in real time.

Available in 14 models (combination or spectrum analyzer configurations), the series covers maximum frequencies of 14 GHz, 18 GHz, 26.5 GHz, 32 GHz, 44 GHz, 50 GHz, and 54 GHz. Each model supports more than 25 software-defined applications, including vector network analysis, real-time spectrum analysis, noise figure measurement, EMI pre-compliance, pulse generation, and direction-finding using angle-of-arrival (AoA) and time-difference-of-arrival (TDoA) techniques.

The analyzer delivers ±0.1 dB absolute amplitude accuracy without warm-up. It runs on a Linux-based operating system and features a touchscreen interface.

Keysight has added artificial intelligence capabilities to the FieldFox D-Series and its Keysight Spectrum Management Software (KSMS S9910A). Using the new machine-learning model S9916A, the...
