HyperLight Launches 110 GHz IQ Modulators for AI-Optimized 240 GBaud Coherent Optical Systems
HyperLight, creator of the TFLN Chiplet platform, announced the launch of 110 GHz IQ packaged modulators, available in standard and low-Vπ versions. These modulators support 240 GBaud+ coherent optical communication and advanced test systems, covering optical O, C, and L wavelength bands.
The modulators provide 125 GHz operational bandwidth and a half-wave voltage as low as 1.7 V, designed for the voltage constraints of high-baud-rate arbitrary waveform generator (AWG) systems. They have been delivered to customers worldwide.
