Emerson’s Rosemount 3144S Temperature Transmitter Enhances Accuracy and Efficiency with ReadyConnect Technology

Emerson has introduced the Rosemount 3144S Temperature Transmitter, designed for industrial temperature measurement with an accuracy of 0.05 degrees Celsius (0.09 Fahrenheit). The transmitter offers an optional 20-year stability specification and a 20-year limited warranty. It features ReadyConnect Technology for plug-and-play sensor configuration, eliminating manual input of sensor information and Callendar-Van Dusen coefficients to reduce commissioning time.

The device includes a simplified, task-based menu and a consistent navigation structure across host and configuration tools. Quick Service Buttons enable local access to commissioning and maintenance tasks, such as configuration review, loop testing, and display rotation. Bluetooth wireless connectivity allows remote access up to 50 feet, supporting productivity and safety.

The Rosemount 3144S expands the application of Rosemount X-well Technology, a non-intrusive measurement solution, to temperatures up to 650 degrees Celsius (1,202 degrees Fahrenheit).
