Balletto B1 MCU and DK-B1 Development Kit

Announced on Nov. 7, 2024, Alif has made avaialable DK-B1 development kit for its Balletto B1 MCU, the world’s first Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) and Matter wireless microcontroller with a neural co-processor for AI/ML workloads. The Balletto B1 features a 160MHz Arm Cortex-M55 CPU with Helium vector processing, an Arm Ethos-U55 neural processing unit (NPU), and support for BLE and 802.15.4 connectivity. Available in BGA or CSP packages, it enables AI/ML functions like speech recognition, noise cancellation, keyword spotting, and sensor fusion in compact devices such as true wireless stereo earbuds and wearables.
