Xiaomi unveils XRING O1 3nm smartphone SoC with performance on par with the best in the market

Xiaomi, a consumer electronics and smart manufacturing company focused on smartphones and IoT, held a product launch event themed "A New Beginning" in Beijing, unveiling the Xiaomi XRING O1 3nm SoC, XRING T1 4G smartwatch SoC, Xiaomi 15S Pro smartphone, Xiaomi Pad 7 Ultra tablet, and several AIoT products for the Chinese market. The introduction of this chip to shuffle the smart phone market as well as smart phone semiconductor market in a big way. It has already shaken the leaders making smartphone SoCs.


Xiaomi XRING O1 and T1 Chips:
Xiaomi introduced its first flagship processor, the XRING O1 3nm SoC, featuring 19 billion transistors, a 10-core CPU with dual Cortex-X925 cores at 3.9GHz, and a 16-core Immortalis-G925 GPU. Built on a second-generation 3nm process, it includes a 6-core NPU with 44 TOPS for AI processing and a fourth-generation ISP. The chip, which achieves 3 million points on AnTuTu benchmarks, is designed for power efficiency with a new cooling system improving heat dissipation by 30% and four low-power modes. It powers the Xiaomi 15S Pro and Pad 7 Ultra, with mass production already underway, as confirmed by Xiaomi founder Lei Jun.
