This partnership leverages ST's multizone ranging sensors and Mobile Physics' EnviroMeter app, providing users with real-time air quality data and smoke detection capabilities.
Optical Sensor Integration: Developed exclusively for ST’s multizone ranging sensors, this solution utilizes optical sensors to measure particulates in the surrounding air with accuracy comparable to purpose-designed air-quality monitors. EnviroMeter App: Mobile Physics' EnviroMeter app acts as a personal, portable environment monitor and smoke detector, safeguarding health and enhancing fire safety. Manufactured using ST’s low-power technology, it operates 'always on' to provide constant awareness with minimal impact on battery life. Comprehensive Monitoring: The air-quality sensing solution, included in Mobile Physics’ EnviroMeter Software Development Kit (SDK), provides data on temperature, wind, precipitation, humidity, light-intensity, UV, and noise-level monitoring.
