Not a wirewound but a planar transformer for your BMS in EVs

Bourns announced industry's first signal battery manangement system (BMS) planar signal transformer meeting automotive AEC-Q200 and basic electric insulation requirements such as IEC 60664-1, IEC 61558-1 and IEC 62368-1 standards. Planar-style signal transformers said to increase design flexibility and robustness where the cost of manufacturing can also be minimized by increased automation. They offer cost efficiency and reliability advantages over conventional wire wound transformer designs due to their multilayer PCB isolation and full automation.
Bourns' U.S. patented Model SM91806 Planar Signal BMS Transformer can handle a working voltage up to 1000 VDC, meeting high voltage requirements of high voltage electric vehicle (EV) and other high energy storage systems.
