Reliable crimp based connection replace manual splicing of wire-to-wire

To ensure higher reliability in wire to wire connectivity, you can use new wire connecting solutions from Littelfuse owned C&K. This solution replaces manual splicing of wires for harsh environments such as aerospace and military grade electronic systems. The solution called SpaceSplice is easy-to-use and less labour consuming to connect wires in the AWG size of AWG 20 – AWG 30.
Touted as highly reliable solution, it employs connection of two wires using a C&K's D*MA crimpable and removable contact technology. Designed to meet the highest quality requirements, SpaceSplice is suggested for Military/ aerospace applications like satellites, Launchers and payloads, Heater, thermistor, and multilayer insulator (MLI) connections, and Other harsh environment applications, where connection reliability is extremely critical.
