Panasonic’s Newest Halogen-Free High Voltage POSCAP Tantalum-Polymer Solid Electrolyte Chip Capacitors Panasonic, a worldwide leader in Capacitor Products, announces the new TLE Series and the expansion of the TDC Series POSCAP Conductive Polymer Tantalum Solid Capacitors featuring high voltage, large capacitance, and a long-life span within a small case size. These POSCAP Capacitors are suitable for noise reduction and smoothing power line voltage for high-load current applications. The new TLE Series offers a compact size of 3.5 x 2.8 x 1.9mm while featuring high reliability, low ESR, high characteristic stability, and high durability under a high temperature of 125°C at 2,000 hours. The TLE Series has a rated voltage range of 2.5 V to 6.3 V and a rated capacitance range of 100 μF to 330 μF. The expanded TDC Series offers two new parts in a small package size of 7.3 x 4.3 x 3.0mm while maintaining a high voltage of 25 V max., high capacitance, and endurance of 1,000 hours at 125°C.
