Solid tantalum chip capacitors with ESR down to 0.180 Ohms at 100 kHz

Vishay Intertechnology has introduced a new TANTAMOUNT solid tantalum chip capacitors with very low ESR down to 0.180 ohms at 100 kHz. For military, avionics, and aerospace applications, the conformal-coated, surface-mount CWR26 is qualified to MIL-PRF-55365/13.

In addition to its very low ESR, the Vishay Sprague CWR26 is offered with Weibull level B, C, and T failure rates. For high-reliability applications, the capacitor features a capacitance range of 10 µF to 100 µF over voltage ratings from 15 VDC to 35 VDC, with capacitance tolerance of ± 5 %, ± 10 %, and ± 20 %. Available in F, G, and H case codes, the device features an operating temperature of -55 °C to +85 °C, +125 °C with voltage derating.

Offered in tape-and-reel packaging per EIA 481, the CWR26 is available with gold plate, solder plated, solder fused, and hot solder dipped terminations.

Production quantities of the CWR26 are available now, with lead times of 10 weeks for larger orders.
