ST to showcase its embedded technology offerings at ESC, India

ST Microelectronics to showcase its semiconductor chips applications aimed at consumer and industrial segments at the Embedded Systems Conference in Bangalore going to be held from July 21-23, 2010.

ST says its broad product portfolio mainly the MCUs and analog IC offering enables the cross-fertilization and leveraging of its technologies, which include complex single-chip solutions and complete hardware/software integrated solutions, encompassing microcontrollers, MEMS ICs, memories and advanced analog and power devices. In the conference ST plans to showcase innovative solutions that were developed at its Greater Noida Design center, such as an IP-camera controller IC, Point-of-Sale controller MCUs, a MEMS-based 3D remote controller, and high-efficiency switching regulators.

ST's family includes 32-bit MCUs with Cortex-M3 architecture, MEMS devices, EEPROM memory with RFID technology, power conversion ICs and smart analog ICs.
