Product develpment outsourcing company Symphony Teleca has appointed Subash A K Rao as Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer, effective immediately.
Rao, 48, had worked at Cisco, Cummins, GE Capital and Tata Motors. Most recently, he led the HR function for Cisco Systems in India.
