iWave presents Qseven Module for Renesas' RZ/G1M MPU

iWave announce its collaboration with Renesas for developing System-On-Module (SOM) based on Renesas RZ/G1M microprocessor (MPU). RZ/G1M-based SOM is Qseven R2.0 compatible industrial grade MPU module named as iW-RainboW-G20M which supports 1GB DDR3 RAM, 4GB eMMC Flash and 2MB SPI NOR Flash with expandable options. The module includes the Gigabit Ethernet PHY, Micro SD slot, USB HUB provided with the Linux BSP support. This MPU module supports industrial operating temperature and hence it can be used for various industrial applications.
