30W, 1x1 inch DC-DC converters in shielded metal case

TDK has introduced 30 Watts, 1 inch by 1 inch size DC-DC converter devices operating over a 4:1 input range packed in a six-sided shielded metal case, if in case you're concerned about RF interference to the surrounding circuit.

Applications suggested by TDK includes data-communications, tele-communications, process control, broadcast, battery powered and test and measurement equipment.

The output voltage sources available include 3.3V, 5V, 12V or 15V outputs and can operate from in voltage of 9-36 Vdc or 18-76Vdc input, but not directly from higher DC voltage rectified from the AC mains. This DC converter is suitable for input DC voltages such as 12V and 24V or 24V and 48V nominal inputs.

CCG30S series offers operating power conversion efficiency up to 91% and can operate in ambient temperatures from -40 to +85 Deg C. All models are offered with a five-year warranty and have a +/-10% output trim function, remote on/off and over voltage and over current protection features.

The fully isolated CCG series has an input to output isolation of 1,500Vdc and 1,000Vdc input or output to case. Safety certification includes IEC/EN 60950-1, UL/CSA 60950-1 with CE marking for the Low Voltage and RoHS2 Directives.
