Infineon and Green Hills Software have partnered to introduce a new integrated microcontroller-based processing platform made for real-time automotive systems. This partnership combines Green Hills' safety-certified real-time operating system (RTOS) µ-velOSity with Infineon's latest generation of safety controllers, the AURIX TC4x. Together, these technologies are designed to offer OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers a dependable, secure, and efficient platform for developing domain and zonal controllers and drivetrains, especially for electric vehicles, in their upcoming software-defined vehicle (SDV) architectures.
