1200V SiC power modules in 32-pin, dual-inline, molded, through-hole package

Targeting the electric vehicle automotive power electronics applications such as on-board chargers (OBC), DC/DC converters, STMicroelectronics Unveiled its new ACEPACK 1DMT-32 family of silicon carbide (SiC) power modules in a convenient 32-pin, dual-inline, molded, through-hole package. ACEPACK 1DMT-32 feature high power density, very compact design, and simplified assembly. These are available in four-pack, six-pack, and totem-pole configurations.
These devices can also be used in other applications such as integrated fluid pumps and air conditioning.
1200V SiC power switch integrated modules to cost less on overall system- and design-development while delivering high reliability. The package technology features a high-performance aluminum nitride (AlN) insulated substrate for excellent thermal performance. There is also an integrated NTC sensor that provides temperature monitoring for thermal protection.
M1F45M12W2-1LA, the first product in ACEPACK DMT-32 is introduced in the market with volume production ramp up in fourth quarter of 2023. The M1F80M12W2-1LA, M1TP80M12W2-2LA, M1P45M12W2-1LA, M1P80M12W2-1LA, M1P30M12W3-1LA are sampling now with ramp-up to volume production starting from first quarter of 2024.
