Function-integrated profiles from Bosch Rexroth to make enclosures

Bosch Rexroth shared in a release where it said Kaiser engineering GmbH uses its aluminum based function-integrated profiles to build modular enclosure systems for Kaiser robotic cells. FMS-Technik AG is delivering the consultancy, design services to Kaiser. Function-integrated profiles are designed for building machine frames and enclosures. The function-integrated profiles offer large usable interior and feature complete internal cable guide for the safe and space-saving laying of cables, data lines and hoses. They also feature new profile junctions that can even be laid through profile connectors for the first time. This simplifies and speeds up not only the design process, but also assembly and installation. Kaiser engineering GmbH uses these profiles for robotic cells and appreciates the harmonious machine design: “The function-integrated profiles from Bosch Rexroth allow a high-quality, clean and tidy frame design in special machine construction with instantly recognizable results,” said Michael Karth from the Sales department at Kaiser engineering. The company manufactures cells for sectors such as health care and the consumer goods industry, automating a range of complex logistics processes including testing, measuring, handing, cleaning and pre-treatment and post-treatment tasks. Other features of Function-integrated profiles include: High flexibility...
