The smart IPS1025HF offers two programmable current-limit settings allowing to let higher than the rated current during the instance of switch activation making it a choice for driving loads such as bulb lamps, motors, and capacitive loads that demand high initial peak current.
The N-channel Power MOSFET inside the switch features Rds(on) of 12.5mOhm at ambient temperature, making it a more power efficient and low heat dissipation.
