Ultra low energy consuming RF module for IOT smart home

DSP Group has made available RF wireless module for smart home and such applications which can enable devices for IOT applications. The DHAN ULE module designed to consume ultra low energy is based on the DHX91 ULE SoC chip designed by DSP Group. DHAN module is termed as turn-key platform for Ultra Low Energy (ULE) nodes supporting both battery and AC-powered systems. This module is suggested as easy integration supporting module for smallest Smart Home nodes and can serve as a wireless connectivity channel for applications running on external MCUs, or act as a standalone solution using DHX91's internal processor, suggests DSP Group. The platform includes hardware, Software Development Kit and a simple development environment. DSP Group suggests home automation, security, monitoring, metering and healthcare customers benefit not only from ready to use applications but from DECT's outstanding wireless range and ULE's lowest power consumption. "Our new DHAN module offers all the benefits of ULE, including an interference-free band, full home coverage and voice features," said Raz Kivelevich-Carmi, Vice President of Marketing and Business Development at DSP Group, "The DHAN module provides the means for developers to easily integrate the best IoT RF technology on the market, with only minimal knowledge of the ULE standard - reducing effort, cost and development time," h...
