Ansys and Synopsys EDA software ready for Intel 14nm fab

ANSYS is offering reference flow for power, EM and reliability sign-off for Intel's 14nm and 22nm design platforms. Synopsys' Galaxy Design Platform tools and RTL-to-GDSII methodology and some of the IPs are also supporting Intel's 22-nm and 14-nm foundry process technology.
