Keyboard and mouse featured remote-control design with voice and motion control

Marvell has unveiled a new advanced remote control platform featuring voice search and gesture recognition for Smart TVs and Smart Homes at the 2013 Consumer Electronics Show (CES). "By offering this integrated advanced Smart remote control platform to complement Marvell's award-winning ARMADA 1500 series SoC for Smart TVs and Smart homes, we've created a total solution for voice- and gesture-enhanced, human-machine interaction that is user friendly," said Winston Chen, vice president of the Smart Home Business Unit at Marvell Semiconductor, Inc. "Consistent with Marvell's vision for improving the way the world enjoys the always-on , always-connected lifestyle, the Marvell platform demonstrates Marvell's leadership in designing end-to-end, cost-effective and user-friendly entertainment options for Google TV and Smart TVs." The Marvell remote control platform with software stack and tool chains is an integrated, customizable, turnkey solution for mass-market remote control applications.
