Achronix appoints semiconductor finance expert Mahesh Karanth as CFO

Achronix Semiconductor appointed Mahesh Karanth as its Chief Financial Officer (CFO) replacing retiring Howard Brodsky who served 16 years at Achronix. Mahesh to report directly to Achronix CEO Robert Blake overseeing business operations heading finance, HR, facilities and information services teams.

Before joining Achronix Mr. Karanth was CFO of Rockley Photonics. Before that he also served in senior leadership positions at Enlightened, InvenSense, Telsima, Hewlett Packard and Ernst & Young. He holds 30 years of experience in financial management of various types companies including multi-national, public and private companies. Mahesh Karanth made Rockley Photonics a public company in year 2021.
