DKSH acquires semiconductor equipment Dist. DNIV Group

DKSH acquired DNIV Group, a semiconductor and electronics industry manufacturing equipment distributor. DKSH says this segment is of strategic importance as sales of semiconductors amounted to US$ 450 billion and is expected to grow at a CAGR of 7% in Asia.

110 staff strength 20 years old, Singapore headquartered DNIV Group has strong presence in Asian region in countries such as China, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam. DNIV serves the full life cycle of semiconductor industry from installation to commissioning, training, application support, repair and maintenance, and spare parts. With sales revenue of more than CHF 45 million in 2021 and with high profit, DNIV's technical sales and service team have strong product knowledge in providing manufacturing process solutions to customers.

The closing of the transaction is expected during the second quarter of 2022 and is subject to certain conditions.
