India based VLSI company Ineda Systems wins GSA award

Date: 18/12/2014
Ineda systems, which has recently launched a SOC processor chip called Dhanush, for high-end wearables and also for simple wearable devices, has won this year's Global Semiconductor Alliance (GSA) "start-up to watch award" for the year 2014.

The core team of this Hyderabad, India based VLSI semiconductor chip developer includes ex-Beceem CEO Babu Mandava, x-AMD engineer Balaji Kanigicherla, and x-AMD biz executive Ramkumar Subramanium.

Ineda systems is a good example of startup company with potential to become a fabless leader. Hope this company strives to grow bigger rather than selling off itself to some offshore company at the peak of its growth, a common climax for many Indian high-tech VLSI product start-ups.
