Xilinx has reported a revenue of US$604.3 Million for its recent quarter Q2 fiscal 2015, compared to US$ 612.6 Million in the previous quarter, a drop of 1%.

FPGA sales to the Communications and data centre market was down in its latest quarter compared to previous quarter. In the Q2 fiscal 2015 quarter, Xilinx made 41% of its sales revenue from the communication and data centre market and also same percentage from industrial aerospace and defence. However in its previous quarter, Xilinx could get 51% of its sales from communication and data centre and only 31% from industrial aerospace and defence market. There is not much change in the share of FPGA sales to Broadcast, Consumer & Automotive market.
Xilinx has also increased its sales revenue in the US market in its quarter of Q2 fiscal 2015. Whereas in Asia Pacific's share in Xilinx sales has fell from 43% in previous quarter to 37% in this latest quarter.
