QuickLogic appoints Rajiv Jain as VP, worldwide ops

QuickLogic has promoted it long-time serving executive Rajiv Jain to Vice President, Worldwide Operations with the responsibility of providing executive leadership for the operations department, including all manufacturing operations internal and external to the company.

QuickLogic's President and CEO Andy Pease commented, "Across a number of increasingly senior roles, Rajiv has consistently demonstrated exemplary leadership and management ability. Rajiv is, without a doubt, the most qualified person for this role and I am confident he will continue his dedication to the company as vice president of worldwide operations."

Mr. Jain served as QuickLogic's Senior Director of Operations and Development Engineering from 2011 to 2014, Senior Director of System Solutions and Process Technology from 2009 to 2011, Director of Process Technology from 1997 to 2009, and Senior Process Technologist from 1992 to 1997.

Mr. Jain is praised by company for the successful implementation of QuickLogic products and technologies across multiple fabrication facilities and process nodes.

Prior to joining QuickLogic, Mr. Jain was a Senior Yield Engineer at National Semiconductor from 1991 to 1992.

Mr. Jain holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Illinois Champaign/Urbana, and a Masters in Chemical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley.
