Thoma Bravo to acquire Empirix

Thoma Bravo, LLC, has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Empirix Inc.

Empirix offers network management solutions to communication service providers, mobile operators, banks, insurance and healthcare companies. Empirix had reported 22 percent year-over-year revenue growth in 2012.
