Date: 08/07/2013
Litho-Services, LLC has announced that it has acquired assets and property of Simax Lithography B.V. The assets acquired in June 2013 includes over 4,000 parts, tooling and the continued Mesa cleanroom operation.

“Our business model focuses on extending the life of 200mm and below lithography customers to support the continued reliance on these platforms as OEMs rightfully pursue 450mm and advanced nodes,” stated Tom Blakely, Litho-Services President. "Having the spares, tooling and cleanroom test capabilities ensures our continued growth."

“Simax customers will benefit enormously from this asset acquisition,” added Blakely. “In fact, since April we have maintained support services for key customers including the finalization of an installation under the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency’s (DARPA) Diverse Accessible Heterogeneous Integration (DAHI) program. Customers come first and our team felt obligated to provide the services and support they needed during the transition period.”

Litho-Services is sponsoring the annual Litho Workshop at SEMICON West, Moscone Center on July 11th in room 200 on Mezzanine level between 8:30 AM and 12:30 PM. For registration visit www.litho-services.com/workshop.
