Alliance Memory signs distribution agreement
with Transfer Multisort Elektronik
Alliance Memory has announced a distribution agreement
with Transfer Multisort Elektronik Company (TME). According
to this agreement, TME offers Alliance Memory's entire lineup
of SRAMs and DRAMs to customers in the European Union, Ukraine,
Russia, and Arab countries.
Alliance Memory manufactures:
1. 3.3 V and 5 V fast asynchronous SRAMs with speeds from
10 ns to 20 ns
2. Low-power devices with densities from 64 Kb to 32 Mb
3. 2.5 V and 3.3 V ZBT/Sync pipelined burst (SPB)/Sync burst
(SB) products
4. Synchronous DRAMs (SDR) with densities of 64 Mb, 128
Mb, and 256 Mb and with commercial, industrial, and automotive
temperature ranges
