IAR Systems to support ARM Cortex A5 processor core

IAR Systems has announced support for the ARM Cortex-A5 core within IAR Embedded Workbench. The ARM Cortex-A5 processor is designed for applications such as ultra low cost handsets, feature phones, smart mobile devices, pervasive embedded, consumer and industrial devices. The Cortex-A5 processor provides a high-end migration path for existing ARM926EJ-S and ARM1176JZ-S processor designs.
