DDC now supports its AceXtreme cards with dataSIMS software

Data Device Corporation (DDC) is now supporting it new line of AceXtreme data bus cards with its dataSIMS Avionics data bus test and analysis software. DDC's new line of AceXtreme BU-67X Series cards offer MIL-STD-1553 functionality, including BC, or Multi-RT and concurrent Monitor per channel, along with common API for test and embedded applications.

dataSIMS is a software analysis tool that allows users to create a complete environment of simulation, acquisition, display, and storage of real-time data for MIL-STD-1553 and ARNIC 429 buses, as well as Ethernet, synchro, and any other user I/O. Advanced functions include engineering unit conversion, data filtering and triggering, synchronized recording, and advanced playback for analysis, as well as open architecture for user definable displays.

The other features of dataSIMS include:
--Eliminates cost of learning and maintaining separate software programs
--User definable graphical displays
--Supports MIL-STD-1553, ARINC 429, and other protocols
