Anadigics, The “powerful supplier” of mobile rf power amplifiers has shipped production volumes of it’s power amplifiers to Nokia and Samsung.

Space saving AWT6314 dual band CDMA power amplifiers are shipped to Nokia for integration into their latest clamshell handset named 6215i. Anadigics says this chip is helping lot in saving power and space by reducing additional components.

Another power amplifier in the line of production volume shipments is EV-DO. It is shipped to Samsung for the handset model SCH-a870.
