Actel's Hyderabad office to provide 24x5
customer support
Programmable logic semiconductor vendor Actel has announced
that its live technical support services are now available
to customers worldwide 24 hours a day, 5 days a week through
its Mountain View, CA and Hyderabad, India Centers.
"Actel has processes in place to handle urgent customer
cases round the clock, ensuring the fastest possible response
and escalation time," said Abdullah Muktadir, senior
manager of the technical support group at Actel.
Actel said, customers could call any time and receive live
technical support from engineers covering the customer's
particular time zone. Actel customers can email, ask questions,
request support, log or check the status of their cases
via email, phone or the web. FPGA designers working in late
night or early morning can get benefited from this.
