Digi-Key to stock and sell Altera's FPGAs in Asia-Pacific region

Electronic components distributor Digi-Key has expanded its global distribution agreement with Altera to include the Asia Pacific region.

"We are very excited to extend our relationship with Altera to the Asia Pacific region," said Dave Doherty, Digi-Key's vice president of semiconductor product. "Altera's accelerated growth with Digi-Key in Japan and Europe gives us confidence that we can reach an expanded customer base with Altera's leadership products in Asia as well."

Digi-Key stocks Altera's FPGAs, CPLDs, cable programming accessories, general embedded development boards and kits, and more. Products in stock are featured in Digi-Key's print and online catalogs and are available for purchase on Digi-Key's global websites.
