Online video-rich tutorial on DC power supply circuit design from PI

Power supply IC vendor Power Integrations has launched online tutorial named PI University. PI University is an online technical learning center delivering practical online courses, video tutorials to power supply circuit designers.

PI University covers power supply design topics such as bringing up a power supply for the first time, identifying and troubleshooting problems, complying with energy-efficiency standards, measurement and testing techniques. A new video will be released each week through January 2010, courses available now include:

Testing compliance to energy-efficiency standards
Fixing a flyback supply with no output voltage
Techniques for measuring efficiency
