Quadros to ship ARM RealView dev. suite with RTXC RTOS and integrated software

Quadros now bundles the ARM RealView Development Suite (RVDS) with RTXC RTOS and integrated development solution including TCP/IP, USB, file systems, graphical design, simulation and configuration tools and other embedded software, as a value added reseller (VAR) in Europe and the Americas.

ARM RealView development suite offers the C/C++ compiler and the debug technology for developing software on ARM processors. RTXC development and run-time software provides high efficient, real-time performance. The ARM tools and RTXC software delivers an advantage for developing applications on ARM processors.

The RTXC software is suitable for communications, medical, consumer electronics and industrial automation applications.

"The relationship with Quadros Systems enhances our ability to support the growing embedded market. Quadros focuses on smaller, deterministic systems applying an extensive product portfolio and superior technical expertise, said Mark Onions, director of marketing, System Design Division, ARM. Together we can support the emerging opportunities addressed by our Cortex™-M and Cortex-R series processors."

Stephen Martin, VP of sales and marketing at Quadros Systems added: "Embedded developers are looking to ARM to provide the processor technology and tools for their next generation products and platforms. The partnership with ARM and their industry leading development tools allows us to provide end-to-end support for real-time application development ?tools, software and support?helping ease the pain of increasing system complexity and shrinking development cycles."
