Tesla Semiconductor, a new analog semiconductor R & D venture in Bangalore

Singapore's Auxineon Pte, Ltd and Japan's Toppan Technical Design Centre Co., Ltd have set up a new analog and mixed signal design company called Tesla Semiconductor in Bangalore. Bangalore is it's first base and plans to open one in Singapore a year later.

The areas Tesla working into are, SERDES, analog to digital and digital to analog converters, power supply ICs, RF transceivers, PLLs and clock and timing ICs. Tesla will get involved in the complete cycle of analog chip development. On hiring front, company has plans to add another 50 engineers in next one year.
