Aeroflex has acquired baseband test solutions company VI Technology

Aeroflex has acquired VI Technology, Inc., an integrated baseband test solutions company, specializing in audio, video and multi-media test.

With limited number companies offering high-end test equipment for high frequency and RF systems, Aeroflex scaled up to offer broader range of test solutions in base band test domain through this acquisition.

VI Technology started has software driver developer for measurement equipment in year 1991 and later established as automated baseband test solutions provider. VI Technology has offered turnkey automated test solutions for industries such as semiconductor, consumer electronics, communications, aerospace, energy and medical. It was also listed in Deloitte Technology Fast 500, has one of the fast growing company in North America for its 264% revenue growth from year 2003 to 2007.
