Vanguard International Semiconductor (VIS) appoints Mr. Leuh Fang as president

Vanguard International Semiconductor Corporation has named Mr. Leuh Fang as President effective February 20, 2009 after the announcement of retirement of Mr. C.S Hsu.

Mr. Feng received his Master degree in Material Science & Engineering at University of Washington, & Master degree in Chemistry, at Bowling Green State University. Mr. Feng has worked earlier in Fairchild, HP, WEC, Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC) and SSMC Singapore.
