Rexchip earns TOSHMS certification

DRAM maker, Rexchip is rewarded with the "Taiwan Occupational Safety and Health Management System" (TOSHMS) certification from the Council of Labor Affairs of Taiwan (CLA). Rexchip is one of the first fifty-one entities to earn this certification in 2008.

In 2008, the CLA promoted TOSHMS as the official certification standard which combines the strengths and advantages of international standards for establishing health and safety guidelines in the work environment, such as ILO-OSH 2001 and OHSAS 18001. Rexchip continues its program of meeting stringent international workplace standards with the recent TOSHMS certification, even though it has already earned both OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001 certifications.
