New surface mount package called "Gigamite" from
Microsemi for hi-rel RF semiconductor devices.
Microsemi has announced a new surface mount
package called Gigamite for high reliable RF devices such
as microwave PIN diode, Schottky diode and Varactor diodes.
The dimensional measures of this new package is 1.3mm(Width)x
1.8mm(Length) x 0.88 mm(Height). The planned applications
for this package are broadband, WLAN and WiMAX applications.
