PCB service providers Optimum Design and RockSolid merge

Optimum Design Associates has acquired RockSolid Design, Inc.
RockSolid Design is the PCB design service provider specializing in the Cadence Allegro design platform where as OPTIMUM is expert in PCB designing using Mentor Graphics Expedition platform.

The combination expected to benefit the customer, where a single vendor can offer PCB layout design services both in Cadence Allegro design and Mentor Graphics Expedition platform.

OPTIMUM purchased RockSolid Design's assets, intellectual property, and customer base. RockSolid Design's management team will remain in place to lead the new combined PCB layout division.
