Nvidia to assist Indian film
industry to create digital content.
Bollywood got a technology boost from graphic
processor company Nvidia Corp. with a range support tools
and training. The initiatives taken are,
- Nvidia's Gelato rendering software and Quadro technology
customized for local market.
- The certification training courses on Gelatino and
digital production pipeline techniques.
- Arranging series of lectures in major cities with
domain and product experts located in India.
- Building communities and relationships through multimedia
associations/bodies such as ASIFA, TASI, ABAI, and other animation
societies.
All this aimed at helping India to
become an attractive market and factory for digital content.
