Shanghai based AP Semiconductor is agreed to merge with Analogic Tech.

Analogic Tech, a power supply Ics Company, is growing organically and otherwise. It
has expanded in all dimensions into the Asian market by agreeing to acquire Shanghai based, IPCore Technologies Corporation and it’s subsidiary Analog Power Semiconductor Corp. Though the company is small but is producing highly integrated analog power semiconductors. 

This merger will help Analogic Tech customer’s to source wide range of DC/DC converter, and Battery chargers and other power management Ics both the companies.
Analogic tech has released quite high no. new products in the year 2005 and 2006.
