IP67-rated waterproof tactile switch for rugged applications

Littelfuse owned C&K is making available its PTS645V tactile switch series with IP67-rating. Ruggedized PTS645V waterproof switch can work in harsh environmental conditions making it suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.
PTS645V series is a side-actuated switch designed for high-end consumer electronics and industrial applications that require a rugged momentary action switch. Suggested applications cover power tools, instrumentation, smart meters and smart home control panels, communication networks, home security, and factory automation systems. Company says this IP67 tactile switch version can be customized to as per application needs.
It is made available in two heights of 1.3mm and 1.9mm and also four different actuation forces of 100gf, 160gf, 260gf and 320gf based on buyer's requirement.
