24V transient protection array from Semtech defends against 10A surge

7-line surge-rated, 24V transient protection array μClamp2417P from Semtech protects industrial interfaces against voltage transients. 2.6 x 2.6mm QFN packaged μClamp2417P can defend the circuit against a 10A (8x20µs waveform) surge making it suitable for industrial data interfaces from electrical transient threats including electrostatic discharge (ESD), electrical fast transients (EFT) and lightning surge transients. The 7-line μClamp2417P is praised for its best voltage clamping characteristics and efficient transient protection for multi-line industrial data ports.
