Panasonic launches switch relay for smart home systems

Are you looking for a reliable electro-mechanical relay which conforms to the multiple International safety standards for your smart home electronics design? A leading relay manufacturing expert Panasonic launched a thin-design DW Relay, a Inrush Low-profile relay for remote-control applications such as smart switches and smart power outlets used in smart homes.

A good-quality remote control switch is essential for a smart home systems to be reliable. This one from Panasonic is worth evaluating. This relay can be used to remotely control electrical systems such as lighting fixtures and home appliances.

DW Relay is thin (with a height of 15.8 mm) and of low profile and also consume low power so that the device built with this relay looks compact.

Holding power of the coil in this relay is zero by the adopting a latching function, contributing to reduce the power consumption of the remote control system.

With dimensions measuring (WxLxH) (mm): 10.0 × 24.0 × 15.8, it conforms to overseas safety standards designed to enhance the safety and reliability of remote control systems such as USA UL Standards, Canada cUL (CSA) Standards, Germany VDE Standards. China's CQC certification is scheduled to be obtained before FY2016.
