Panasonic makes it MOSFET solid-state relay 'PhotoMOS' even smaller

Panasonic able to bring down the size of its MOSFET relay called "PhotoMOS" to dimensions of 1.8 1.95 0.8 mm. The new series called CC type series consumes lesser current by also saving the space for applications such as measuring equipment, IC testers/probe cards, wearable devices, security equipment and medical equipment.

CC type, consumes a current of 0.2mA. PhotoMOS uses capacitor coupling for electrical isolation and can operate in high operating temperatures (-40 to 105 degrees centigrade).
