Panasonic makes it MOSFET solid-state relay 'PhotoMOS' even smaller

Panasonic able to bring down the size of its MOSFET relay called "PhotoMOS" to dimensions of 1.8 × 1.95 × 0.8 mm. The new series called CC type series consumes lesser current by also saving the space for applications such as measuring equipment, IC testers/probe cards, wearable devices, security equipment and medical equipment.

CC type, consumes a current of 0.2mA. PhotoMOS uses capacitor coupling for electrical isolation and can operate in high operating temperatures (-40 to 105 degrees centigrade).
