15/10 Watts wireless power receiver transmitter ICs in 2015

Are you looking for higher wattage wireless charging receiver IC. Freescale semiconductor has recently released MWPR1516, a 15 watts wireless charging receiver IC.

Further to this, Toshiba has also launched a little lesser 10 watt wireless power receiver IC, "TC7765WBG", and a transmitter IC, "TB6865AFG Enhanced Version", as a 10-watt-class speed wireless power solution for smartphones and tablets using the Qi Standard Low Power Specifications version 1.1, defined by the Wireless Power Consortium (WPC).

Toshiba to start mass production of these ICs by June 2015 where the samples are immediately end of January.
