The new multi-range DC power supply from B&K Precision

The new multi-range DC power supply from B&K Precision, model 9111 features constant voltage (CV) and constant current (CC) modes, the 9111 automatically recalculates voltage and current limits for each setting to deliver any combination of its 60 V/8 A output range within 180 W. The new DC power supply is suggested for a wide variety of uses in electronics manufacturing, service and repair, and engineering labs.

Multi-range power supplies are designed to give users the flexibility to operate in many voltage and current ranges depending on their application needs. This helps save both bench space and cost by eliminating the need for multiple power supplies on the bench or buying more power than necessary.

While still maintaining the valued compact form factor of the 9110, the 9111 brings to the series 80 more watts of power and a wider range of output current. The front panel offers a bright 10 mV/1 mA resolution display, convenient output On/Off control, and rotary control knob to adjust voltage and current settings.

Other features include low ripple and noise characteristics along with overvoltage (OVP), overcurrent (OCP), and overtemperature (OTP) protection. Additionally, the power supply provides internal memory storage to save and recall up to 400 different voltage/current presets.

Available immediately, B&K Precision's 9111 multi-range DC power supply is listed at a price of $385.
